Multiple ovens and ample undercover storage allows us to cater to a variety of jobs tailored for all material types with a fast turn around time. No job is too big or small!
We offer a wide range of powder coating finishes including decorative, commercial and industrial. We also offer all architectural finishes – gloss, low sheen, satin, ripple and texture. We stock a large variety of Dulux & Interpon (Akzonobel) colours but can also order in other options if needed.

Our commitment to quality is apparent with a fully equipped workshop with trained and dedicated workers, keeping up with the latest in modern technology. Over the years we have processed a large variety of jobs that have required special adjustments in procedures to powder coat the product to a high standard. We endeavor to evaluate each job to its own requirements and process it accordingly to the customers needs.

FULLY EQUIPPED WAREHOUSE

On site we have an aluminium pre-treatment plant to get metals prepared efficiently before they go through the powder coating stage. Equipped with track oven for aluminium extrusions up to 6.5 metres, with a fully enclosed booth giving maximum efficiency. Conveyors for high volume work with automatic and manual guns. We also specialize in catering for heavier steelwork of up to 8 metres long, 2 metres high and 1.4 metres wide.
